On October 22, 2018 Bone Hook Brewing Company completed renovations on our expanded initial footprint. To be honest, we had no idea what Bone Hook Brewing Company was turning into. We wanted our new footprint to grow organically… and be reflective of the guests who frequent our establishment. After many months of hard work, trial and error, dedication, and team work, Bone Hook Brewing Company has found its identity.
We are a destination point. A place for anyone and everyone to come and soak in all that SouthWest Florida has to offer. It starts with award winning beer. Each variation better than the next. It is complemented by great food from our in house kitchen. It is then presented by the greatest brewpub staff in America. We like to say that we don’t take ourselves very seriously, but we take our craft very seriously. Our #1 goal is to give our guests a 5 star experience every single time they walk through the door. We promise we will not stop working our tails off until we achieve our lofty goal.
We have created an environment second to none. Enjoy the local band playing on the intimate stage. Feel the breeze blowing through the open garage doors. Smell the next great beer being made in the brewery. Watch The Big Game on the oversized flat screens. Or ignore all of that and just enjoy the company that you keep at our large community tables. At Bone Hook, we want our guests to feel at home and relax in an environment made from them.
We are a part of the local Southwest Florida community. We are very proud of that. And we want the local community to support us and take pride in who we have become. We NEVER could have done it WITHOUT YOU. We thank you for your patronage and look forward to your next visit.
The story of Bone Hook Brewing Company starts with humble beginnings in a residential garage in North Naples. Many, many moons ago, three engineers were concocting tasty home brews. John English, Dave Genson and Jason Vogel were a trio of professional puzzle solvers by day and beer brewing scientists by night. Every week, happy hours turned into weekends inside a garage where they fixated on yeast, hops and barley.
With engineering backgrounds, it was only natural that deconstructing beer into its basic elements ignited their passion. They became consumed by the art behind the craft as they spent hours upon hours creating new IPAs, pilsners, and stouts that exceeded their own high standards.
By 2013, a small brewery had developed in Dave’s garage, much to the chagrin of his wife and family. Friends and neighbors who sampled their beers were amazed and left wanting more. This compelled the trio to turn their hobby into a business and Bone Hook Brewing Company opened its doors in 2016.
As their beers gained notoriety, the demand for Bone Hook products increased. Embracing the community has always been the goal at BHBC. The brewery already provides the best beer in SW Florida, why not totally immerse their patrons with an overall true dining experience? Phelan Family Brands was brought in and tasked
to do just that.
The 3,200 square foot brewery and taproom has expanded into a 10,000 square foot brewpub, complete with the finest beer selection, best food and service you will find anywhere…
As a brewery committed to crafting beer for the Southwest Florida lifestyle, we primarily support organizations that enhance this great community. This includes first responders, such as the great men and women who serve our community on a daily basis. Additionally, another important focus are the local educators who enhance the development of our youth.
